Boricuas Vs Regios! Celeste + Iván

There are no words to describe the honor I had to shoot Iván and Celeste wedding. I happend to study with Alex, Ivan’s brother, and Alex give me the chance to have the one and only great job that I has as an employee, we were a team in a TV series called Rumores, and there we become great friends. his family was always warm and we loved to crash his house to have some delicious meat and watch 24 or another series on the lunch break.

I meet Celeste via Skype and since there I feel like we were going to have a great time doing pictures. in January we will make the e.session and then the Day After photoshoot! it;s the dj’s way, alwat mixed and out of the box. so wait to meet theyr little one, a brave chihuahua that will rock the photo-shoot.

San Diego Sunset Cliffs Day after photoshoot

Having fun un San Diego, and thanks to my friends this picture is a total colaboration.

I got the location suggestion from a question I made on twitter, and my good friend Daniela told me to go to Sunset Cliffs in San Diego California, so we ask TomTom (a.k.a. Normis) to take us there, and had a great time. with Barbara and Miguel, they gly to California from Texas to do this photo shoot!

Fer Juaristi helped me to do the post on this teaser, we were talking about post and the new Lightroom presets VSCO Film, I love the results.

Algo que aprecio mucho es sentirme en familia, estuve 15 años lejos de la mia y la buscaba en todos lados. la familia de Karina fue una de esas oportunidades que tuvimos de hacer familia dentro de las amistades, ellos cuidaron de mi preciosa hija como si fuera suya, son una gran familia y Felipe es un tipo con un gran corazón. me da mucho gusto haber hecho sus fotos de boda, me gusta pensar que son el cimiento fotográfico de una gran historia por contar.

Something that I really love is the family warm feeling, I was far from my own family for a long time, and Karinas family was one of the nicest I get to know in Monterrey, they take care of my little girl like if we were part of the family, and I love them for that. Felipe and Karina are two of a Kind, you can see the happiness through their eyes.I love to make the visual foundations of a great story to be told.

Xcaret Destination Wedding

I loved Amparo and Edgar, they’re made to be together, it’s one of the best things of my job to meet with people that has such a strong good vibe, I love it.

Christian Pinto from mediamorfosis, one of the best cinematographers in México recommended my work, and from the first call with Amparo everything went smooth and fun, and to go over the top I ask my great friend Citlali Rico, an ultra talented photographer to join us. (she’s the #1 of the top 10 Fearless photographers Awards)

we make the informal shoot one day before the wedding, here are the pics, give them a look.

Thanks Edgar and Amparo, we all have a great time and loved to be witness of such an amazing ceremony.

When everything practically works spotless and it feels that you’re no longer needed, move, run out of your confort zone.

I’m enjoying to the new life I’m having, sure, there have been some hard balls to catch, but life is great and the sun shines in a diferent angle over here.

What do I love here. well, I have mountains, I actually live in the mountain area, very cold this days, and I love mountains. but I can’t live without the ocean, and one of my favorite places is Sunset Cliffs in San Diego area. this place is amazing.

Getting ready to shoot a Day After bridal shoot I gran this surfer walking out of the waves. I love to live near this vibes, I’m not a surfer but I wish I was one. maybe in my next life.

It’s true when I mention about my motivation to click. I like to find myself, my true voice, every since chance I have. and wedding photography has been the best place for my to be in a win win situation. but there are days when this goes beyond my imagination.

There are moments in life when you can assure everything is possible.

The story behind Jerome and Stephanie’s wedding is beyond my wildest dream and all started a year ago. I was shooting the wedding of a very close friend, Chio and Xavier, a Mexican glam girl Vs. A French amazing dude in Monterrey, México. and Stephanie + Xavier, of course, where at this wedding as guests, so, this is how luck, timing, and givin always your soul to your passion pays off, A year later I was in France, for the first time, making this great couple’s wedding. visiting my friends Chio+Xavier and if this wasn’t enough, my brother and wedrocker Fer Juaristi tag along to test his Leica abilities in a real wedding, and to teach a workshop in Paris.
